Brilliant location - just one street away from the train station, and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean throughout. Good continental breakfast included. Comfortable bed.

Great location,and what a great arrangement,the B&B is located in an central city old style “office “ building complete with fully equipped kitchenette,the fridge fully stocked with everything you would want for a superb breakfast which you can prepare at your own timetable.Fresh croissants are delivered each morning.Close to the canal,and city centre,with a smorgasbord of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.Would happily stay again next time in Trieste

The personnel was amazing and super helpful. The first night we arrived by car and they helped us get a parking spot and the last day they hold our bags for a couple of hours after checking-out. The location is very good, it's close to the main train station and close to restaurants, the Duomo Cathedral, and main historical center. We left by train so the station was about 8 mins walking. The room had AC, internet was fine, it was very clean and had a good price comparatively.

I absolutely loved my stay here - superb location, very convenient to the train station. Very easy check in. Super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend. If you end up in a room on the street, like all of Italy, it can be a bit noisy so I recommend earplugs. It was very nice to have the fan/ac unit in the room to help with some white noise and to keep the temperature regulated without needing to have the windows open. Classically tiny Italian bathroom but appreciated the detaching showerhead and the blow drier.

The hotel is well positioned to the train station and major attraction. The room was comfortable and quite. Maria and ZeeShan looked after us from the moment we arrived. They were on the desk from early morning until late at night greeting us with a smile and hello and made us feel welcome. Maria put a lot of effort into breakfast and made sure we had good coffee and hot croissants each day.

we liked everything about the place. very friendly staff. the owner Fiaz and front desk staff maria both were extremely nice and helpful. they booked us trips to chianti wine testing and cinque terrie without any hassle. the place is truly 2-3 min walking distance from santa maria novella train station. also very close to historic centre. also the place was very clean. they offer a nice small breakfast. the lift works perfectly! i recommend this place and shall come back again.

The hotel is in a convenient location and in walking distance of the train station, tourist attractions and convenience stores. Great breakfast and lots of choice. Bed was comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this location which was made even more special by Maria who was so kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Florence.

Super nice hotel staff, accommodations when needed, cleanliness, towels were changed every day, bed linens were changed ones for our 5 nights stay, a hair dryer in bathroom, fresh made croissants every breakfast, location( 5-7 min from Central rail station, Mercato Centrale), elevator in the building.
